The Rules
Last updated: June 23rd, 2007- Only one account per person is allowed. You may not create multiple accounts.
- If your account is suspended or banned, you may not create a new account as long as your original one still exists.
- If you previously created an account, but it no longer exists, you may create a new one.
- Attempting to gain access to others' accounts, especially attempting to get their passwords, is specifically
disallowed and will result in permanent suspension.
- You may not buy, sell, or give away your Creature World membership (this is primarily because of the one-account rule).
You may give away the contents of your account, but the account itself must remain your own.
- Account restrictions applied to one user for violating rules will also be applied to all other users using the same connection, no exceptions. This includes suspension.
CONTENT
- Obscene/inappropriate content is not allowed on this site.
- Photos, videos, or text containing nudity or that are sexually explicit
- Graphic and violent content
- Threats to another user.
- Any content that is illegal under U.S. law.
- Human Avatars/Characters should be fully clothed at all times.
- Unsolicited advertising, whether for your shop, club, or website, may not be conducted by mail or posted in the Forums or in the Shoutbox.
Doing so will result in a warning, and if repeated, suspension.
The Advertising Agency is designed for this purpose. Please use it.
- Advertising or discussion of similar sites to CW is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from making personal attacks on fellow members on the public forums. Continued violations
will result in a warning leading to suspension.
- Signatures images are limited to 450 x 175 pixels and 40kb, or 7 lines of text
Games & Cheating
- For games and activities requiring you to find an answer (i.e. Billionaire, Trivia):
- You may not ask for answers
- You may not distribute answers
- You may not enter the answers for your friends, etc. One person, one answer.
Don't Be Evil
- Remember staff are only here to help.
- Do not be rude to them.
Doing so will lead to a warning, and if repeated, suspension. Leniency will be unlikely.
"Ignorance is the law is not license to break it":
In other words, "I didn't know it was against the rules" is not a valid excuse.
