Orange Peel [poem]

Orange Peel [poem], June 15 2010 @ 1:29PM by
I take this moment from no one
to face you from behind I'll tell you of nothing a very long tale that is just so short, I speak of the cat chasing dog, as well as the bird eating seed, and of course the frog loving fly. Last Wednesday which is tomorrow, when the sun did crow, the rooster awoke, the sheep laid an egg, the chicken gave chocolate milk, and the wooly cow was needed to be sheered. The pig married the man, as quick as she can, and there daughter's born the hoofed man I'm sorry for the truth of that last lie, I seem to have watched it in a song, and I didn't want everyone to hear it thanks for the standing ovation as you sit, I'll tell you another tale as soon as I defeat the champion of hop scotch, don't be fooled, the man with no legs is quite good was it any good? this is my first attempt at nonsensical poetry [something i really enjoy and hope to improve on] |
