EDIT:
This song is about a young boy who's dad goes of to war in the army and he doesn't come back. His whole family is then gone, and he's still waiting. Soon, when he's an adult, god talks to him and tells him he'll be with his dad soon. He met him in heaven, and there would be nothing to worry about again.
Personally this song makes me cry.
It's dedicated to both, boys and girls and veterans who's gone through this.
