I live in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. I grew up in Toronto but have lived in Kitchener for about 17 years now, since i was 19. Cheers.

It's prety cold here. But you get used to it, I guess. :< I have lived here all the time, ever since I was young. I have an accent too.

Hm... Tallahassee? lol I don't think it's Carrabelle, Florida.  As for me, I am in lovely Miami-Dade County. As to which city, I could be anywhere but South.
