Hi, Alexi! Weclome to CW.
 To change your pets' colors, go to Explore, then to the City, then to Ritzy Acres, ad finally to the Pet Groomer. You can select colors from there, and you'll need to have some cp ready. Have fun!

Only if your pet is dirty, Pappy ^_^
Mostly what you'll need is cPoints. It costs money to change your pet's color.
