Hi, i was wondering if the pawn shop gives a certain percentage of official price of an item. Or does it just a random price on every item.

It gives a certain percent of the estimated price or the official price (whichever happens to be cheaper)

Generally its 85% of the estimated price or 75% of the offical price.
